The role focuses on helping B2B operators and partners, as well as B2C products, by investigating and resolving technical problems across platforms, integrations, APIs, databases, client setups, and live incidents. The company is looking for someone with strong technical ability who can communicate well with customers and internal teams, work with engineering, DevOps, QA, and security, and take responsibility for issues from first review through to fix or escalation. The position also includes rotating on-call support for around-the-clock production coverage.
