Communications Design Contractor

Spherical is hiring a remote Communications Design Contractor for a six-month engagement, working 32–40 hours a week and reporting to the Design Director. The role focuses on design work for Neighbors, a digital magazine, along with broader brand and marketing materials. The contractor will help create and refine article templates, support immersive digital storytelling, turn stories into social content, and keep the magazine’s visual guidelines up to date. It will suit a designer with strong typography, editorial design, and digital storytelling skills who is comfortable working closely with editors, producers, and other creatives.
