Business AI Operations Specialist

Spreedly is hiring a remote Business AI Operations Specialist to improve how business teams use AI in their day-to-day work. The role focuses on spotting useful workflow opportunities across Product, Engineering, and other R&D areas, then turning them into practical solutions that can be adopted at scale. It also includes selected Marketing Operations responsibilities, excluding scoring, routing, and analytics, which sit with Revenue Operations. This position would suit someone with strong operational judgement and hands-on implementation skills who can understand existing processes, design better ways of working, and deliver reliable improvements that teams continue to use.
