This remote full-time Business Operations role with squads focuses on keeping cross-functional operations running smoothly across people, board, investor, vendor, and partner work. The job includes handling onboarding and offboarding, HR systems, people paperwork, team culture activities, offsites, board meetings and materials, investor communications, and contract review and coordination. It also involves working closely with the founders and CBO, using sound judgment and discretion, and managing several priorities at once.
