Construction Estimator

Streamline Search is hiring a remote Construction Estimator to produce accurate costings for a range of commercial building projects. The role involves reviewing tenders, drawings and client briefs, then working out materials, labour, subcontractor and preliminaries costs while helping keep bids competitive and compliant. The employer is looking for someone with a construction background, at least three years’ estimating experience, good knowledge of refurbishment and commercial work, and strong communication skills for working with clients, suppliers and project teams. A full driving licence and the ability to travel when needed are also required, so this would suit an experienced estimator with solid technical awareness and a detail-focused approach.
