Product Lead - SaaS

This position involves leading the strategy and roadmap for the Property Management and Client Accounting domain within a UK PropTech company. You will oversee multiple product lines, including lettings services, partner platforms, and consumer experiences, while driving initiatives in payments, maintenance, and tenancy progression. A key part of the role is line-managing a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, conducting one-on-one meetings, and helping them develop their skills. You are expected to set standards for discovery, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication across the product function. The role requires proven experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact. Candidates must have experience managing and mentoring other Product Managers, demonstrating an ability to define quality and guide others toward it. You should be confident working with autonomy, capable of setting your own course and leading others without extensive direction. The job also calls for genuine comfort using and integrating AI tools into both daily tasks and strategic planning. Strong communication skills are essential, as you must clearly explain what was built, the reasons behind it, and the resulting achievements. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Manchester.
