Product Lead - Infrastructure

The Product Lead oversees the core infrastructure that powers all Supabase services, including compute, storage, networking, the API gateway, regional deployment, and enterprise features such as read replicas, custom domains, PrivateLink, and bring‑your‑own‑cloud. You will regularly engage with users ranging from solo developers to fast‑growing startups, large regulated enterprises, and external partners building on the platform. The role requires defining problem statements and requirements for each platform initiative before engineering begins, and setting clear cost, capacity, and reliability limits. You will maintain visibility of those constraints throughout execution and decide which work proceeds, is delayed, or is removed. Each quarter you will balance enterprise features that open new markets, efficiency gains for smaller projects, and new capabilities that expand Supabase’s offering. The position reports to the Head of Product and collaborates with other product leaders to set overall direction. The role is fully remote with no office or hybrid expectations mentioned. It suits a product professional comfortable being the sole platform owner, leading a growing team, and interacting with technical and business stakeholders across the spectrum.
