Supply Chain & Operations Manager - LATAM

Super Speciosa is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee inventory management, purchasing, and production commitments in a fully remote role based in Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina. The position involves maintaining stock levels, creating forecasts, and managing purchase orders while ensuring effective communication with manufacturers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory planning, utilizing sales data to make informed decisions, and coordinating packaging and product launches. Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze data are essential for success in this role. The manager will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the COO, with no direct reports under their supervision. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, aligning with U.S. Eastern Time hours, and offers some flexibility in scheduling. The role is suited for individuals with a hands-on approach and a background in supply chain management or operations. Fluency in English is required, and candidates should be prepared to start as soon as possible.
