Creative (Motion Design)

Superside is seeking a motion designer to create engaging motion graphics for prominent global brands. The role involves designing animated digital ads, Lottie animations, and other high-impact visuals while collaborating with a diverse team across various time zones. Candidates should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in motion design, animation, and video, along with proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with Rive and Lottie animations is essential, as is a solid understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling. A bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field is required, along with excellent English communication skills. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. This role is ideal for individuals who are innovative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and UI design systems, as well as a basic understanding of HTML5, is preferred.
