HR Generalist (Contract)

Switchboard is looking for an HR Generalist to work remotely on a full-time, six-month contract for Open Technology Solutions (OTS). The role involves a variety of HR tasks excluding payroll and benefits, such as managing project work, conducting annual performance reviews, coaching managers, and updating job descriptions. The ideal candidate should have over four years of progressive HR generalist experience and a proven track record in performance management and employee relations. Daily responsibilities will include developing training initiatives, assisting with performance management processes, and supporting employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture. The position requires flexibility and a proactive approach to take on special projects as needed. This role is well-suited for independent HR consultants or experienced generalists looking for a solid engagement in a lean HR environment.
