Senior Product Designer, Customer Lifecycle

Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance the B2C customer journey within its app. The role involves creating a cohesive experience across various products, such as the Tabby Card and Tabby Cash, ensuring that users perceive the app as a unified ecosystem. Daily tasks will include designing onboarding processes, communicating product value, and encouraging customer transactions. The designer will also contribute to subscription development and the Tabby+ model. Candidates should possess strong design skills and experience in product design, particularly in user experience and customer lifecycle management. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on solving concrete problems with a direct impact on user engagement and retention. The successful applicant will report to Yakov Zapivakhin and will play a crucial role in shaping how customers interact with Tabby’s offerings.
