Senior UX / Digital Product Designer (Mensch), Schwerpunkt FinTech

Taikonauten GmbH is seeking an experienced specialist to lead digital product creation projects with a strong emphasis on the financial technology sector. Day-to-day duties involve steering the entire product lifecycle from the discovery stage through to testing and validation. The position requires resolving complicated design challenges, making grounded aesthetic choices, and justifying these directions to both internal colleagues and clients. Collaboration is central to the daily work, coordinating closely with programmers, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders to align business goals with user requirements. Successful candidates need senior-level capabilities in user experience and visual design, coupled with solid conceptual and methodological expertise. Applicants must also possess the capability to manage project momentum independently across both strategic and practical domains. Candidates should either be located around Frankfurt or maintain a strong willingness to travel. The agency offers this opening on either a part-time or full-time basis. This opportunity suits an enthusiastic product creator who wants to take full accountability for interface design quality and human-centred problem-solving in challenging project settings.
