Benefits Specialist (India region)

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Benefits Specialist for its Bengaluru office to handle India employee benefits as an individual contributor. The role covers end-to-end administration of pension, health and insurance, reimbursements, meal and fuel card programmes, as well as vendor billing and issue resolution. It also involves onboarding sessions, regular employee meetings, and coordination with HR, Finance, payroll, vendors, and other stakeholders. The company is looking for someone with 5–6 years of India benefits experience, strong English communication skills, familiarity with Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow, and the ability to work on-site in a 24x7 shift setting.
