Director of Operational Finance (d/f/m)

Taxfix is hiring a Director of Operational Finance to help strengthen its finance setup as the company grows across multiple countries. The role focuses on overseeing day-to-day finance operations, leading major finance projects, improving compliance, and driving automation and AI use within the finance function. You would also manage and develop a team of more than 10 finance professionals while working with senior leaders and other departments.
