Tebi is seeking an IT Support professional to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring that hardware is ready and configured for new hires, whether they work in the office or remotely. You will also oversee device management, including procurement, shipping, inventory, and repairs, while administering mobile device management (MDM) using Jamf Pro for Mac and iPad. Daily tasks will involve troubleshooting issues and addressing security concerns, as well as managing Google Workspace and access provisioning. Candidates should have over three years of hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration. The role requires strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues. A solid understanding of identity and systems administration, along with security awareness to identify potential risks, is essential. This position is suitable for someone who is comfortable working autonomously within a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
