Human Resources Generalist

This Human Resources Generalist role at The Boring Company is based in Las Vegas and supports HR operations across multiple sites, with a strong focus on Vegas Loop. The position covers onboarding, HRIS and I-9 processing, employee relations, investigations, separations, interviews, timekeeping checks, software access administration, travel and relocation support, and help with recruiting and headcount planning. It calls for a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related subject, at least four years of hands-on HR experience, and preferred experience in employee relations and fast-moving startup-style environments. It would suit someone who is detail-oriented, able to juggle many priorities, and comfortable working independently with strong communication skills.
