Server/ Waiter

The Club at Carlton Woods in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a Server/Waiter to join their team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for greeting and serving members and guests, taking food and drink orders, and providing detailed menu information. A friendly demeanor and the ability to engage positively with patrons are essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the menu, including the ability to suggest food and beverage pairings, and must stay informed about current offerings and any changes. Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is preferred, with at least two years of serving or related experience in a full-service environment. A current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification are required, along with meeting the minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages. The position demands physical stamina, as employees must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on their feet for most of the workday. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting and are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
