The Trevor Project is seeking a Community Philanthropy Manager for their Direct Response team, a fully remote position available to candidates in the continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii. This role involves overseeing the organization’s annual integrated direct and digital fundraising campaigns, ensuring effective implementation and project management of all related appeals. The manager will serve as the main liaison with the fundraising agency and collaborate closely with various teams, including Individual Philanthropy, Development Operations, and Marketing, Communications & Content, to ensure cohesive messaging and support donor data management. Candidates should possess strong organizational and project management skills, as well as experience in fundraising strategies. The position is classified as exempt and is part of a union. Starting Salary Range: $79,040- $87,360
Summary:
This role is responsible for providing direction and operational support for The Trevor Project’s annual integrated direct/digital fundraising campaign strategy as well as serving as the point of contact for the organization’s fundraising agency/vendor(s) of record. You will have primary responsibility for the implementation of all integrated direct/digital fundraising plans and have oversight and project management responsibility for all direct & digital appeals. You’ll work closely with the Individual Philanthropy, Development Operations, and the Marketing, Communications & Content Teams - ensuring alignment with organizational messages, supporting donor data management, and executing complex fundraising campaigns.
