Senior Data Analyst, GTM

Tremendous is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support its go-to-market teams, including Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success, by turning data into insights that help connect the revenue funnel from acquisition through retention. The role involves using analytical techniques such as funnel and attribution analysis, bringing together findings into clear stories, and working with stakeholders and senior leaders to encourage data-led decisions. It also includes helping improve data team processes and contributing to new initiatives as the business grows. This role would suit someone who is comfortable collaborating across teams in a remote, documentation-heavy environment and wants to work on GTM analytics in a profitable, growing company.
