Senior Product Manager - Platform

Tremendous is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Platform team, which focuses on infrastructure, security, and internal tools essential for the company's operations. In this role, you will manage the product roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to determine priorities and clarify any uncertainties. Daily tasks will involve addressing security issues, AI infrastructure, compliance, and technical upgrades, requiring a strong technical background and the ability to engage with engineers on complex architectural discussions. You will also conduct research and analysis, gathering insights from user interviews, market studies, and competitive assessments to effectively frame problems for the team. The position reports directly to the Co-founder and Head of Product, Kapil Kale, and is designed for someone comfortable navigating technical challenges and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
