Global Investigator (Triage)

TRM Labs is seeking a Global Investigator for its triage team, a role focused on processing incoming complaint data related to crypto disruptions. Daily tasks include validating outputs from an AI investigation platform and determining the appropriate action for each case, such as freezing assets or notifying victims. Candidates should have one to three years of investigative or analytical experience, ideally in either the public or private sector, and a strong familiarity with AI tools. The position requires individuals who are eager to develop their expertise in blockchain analysis and can adapt to a fast-paced environment where priorities may change frequently. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. The role is fully remote, with a need for coverage during EMEA hours to ensure seamless operations.
