TruTechnologies is hiring a Director of HR in Durham, NC to lead people strategy and support growth across the business. The role partners with department leaders, oversees hiring and onboarding, strengthens employee engagement and retention, and helps build HR systems, compliance processes, and manager coaching. It also uses HR data to track team health and operational performance.
