Procurement Specialist

The TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities and oversee tendering processes. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The role requires a strong grasp of procurement laws and best practices, enabling the specialist to address practical challenges effectively. Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English is essential for communication and negotiation purposes. Familiarity with customs and import regulations is considered an advantage. The position is based in Yerevan, with a standard working schedule from Monday to Friday, offering flexibility in start and end times. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and knowledge of Armenian Software are preferred. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
