Contract Management Advisor - Data Center(Tokyo)

Turner & Townsend is providing Project Management, Cost Management, and Contract Management Advisory services for a major global technology company's data center portfolio in Japan. As the scope of services continues to expand, there is an increasing demand for dedicated contract management and commercial support expertise. This role will play a critical part in supporting project delivery, strengthening contract governance, and contributing to the long-term growth of the account. The Contract Management Advisor will be responsible for supporting contract administration and commercial management activities throughout the project lifecycle. The position will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure effective contract execution, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. In addition to supporting the data center portfolio, the successful candidate will provide contract management expertise and commercial advice across other projects in the Tokyo region. Contract Management leadership roles. EPC, industrial, manufacturing, data center, or large-scale construction projects. Commercial and contractual negotiations with contractors and suppliers. Procurement and vendor management functions. International or multinational project environments. 10+ years of experience in contract management, contract administration, commercial management, procurement, vendor management, or related functions. Experience managing contractual and commercial relationships among owners, developers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, and commercial governance processes. Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, administration, amendments, and change management.
