Cost Manager

This role will be working on delivering retail projects in Gold Coast office for our Major Retail client in Australia. The project will provide a variety of deliverables from concept design cost planning to agreement of final accounts. The role is an end-to-end cost management role within cost planning and delivery team providing accurate and efficient cost management resource capability to the team. The job scope are: Pre contract cost planning services during design stages of projects Post contract progress claim and variation assessments Engage with the local property market to gain market knowledge for use in the delivery of our services Assist with the commission management of our commissions to assist in the successful delivery of our services Integrate with full cost management and project management teams in Queensland and support when required Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar Outgoing personality, client facing and the ability to work independently and take the lead. 3+ years post graduate experience AIQS of RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership Experience in CostX preferred Experience across the life cycle of projects with experience in pre-contract, procurement, and post contract activities Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
