This position expects the candidate to work on-site at project locations as needed. Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will drive the architectural execution of complex construction and industrial projects, ensuring strict adherence to time, cost, quality, and performance benchmarks. You will lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholder interests, and uphold robust project governance from inception to handover. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Define and drive project success criteria, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor team. Oversee change control processes, ensuring rigorous documentation and impact analysis. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver high-performance outcomes. Foster transparent communication and seamless collaboration across all stakeholder groups. Direct the flow of project information via structured meetings and clear written communications. Governance & Reporting Implement and maintain effective governance frameworks, processes, and systems. Produce formal progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. Enforce strict compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) standards. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary liaison for clients and consultants throughout all project phases. Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and escalate strategic leads to senior management. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and key data in internal knowledge repositories. Bachelor's degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience in architectural design or construction, managing large industrial projects in an international context. Strong command of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques across the full project lifecycle. Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Korean is a plus. Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
