Freelance Principal Recruiter

The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter within a global SaaS or technology environment, demonstrating strong sourcing skills to engage passive candidates effectively. Additionally, the role requires confidence in assessing talent and making informed hiring decisions, along with strong stakeholder management abilities.
