Amerco Real Estate Company would like to hire an Urban Planner/ Draftsman (Real Estate Rep) to join their team!
In this position you will be responsible for:
Researching initial zoning requirements for properties
Prepare zoning reports
Research and analyze zoning ordinances
Communicate ordinance requirements to management
Prepare presentations
Attend pre-application meetings with various municipalities
Prepare site plans
Requirements for this position are as followed:
Expertise in AutoCAD
Knowledge of Photoshop and illustrator is a plus
