Senior Procurement Specialist

Ucom is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join their team in Yerevan. The role involves managing complex procurement cycles and high-value contracts, with a focus on international sourcing and vendor management. Candidates should have a higher education background, ideally in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, particularly in international contexts and supplier negotiations. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication. The position requires strong analytical and contract drafting skills, as well as advanced negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with procurement and accounting software, including advanced Excel skills, is necessary. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects at once. Having a driver’s license and personal vehicle is considered advantageous. This role is well-suited for individuals who excel in problem-solving and have a keen attention to detail.
