Logistics Dispatcher

V&V Brothers Inc is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to manage daily transportation operations in Yerevan. The role involves overseeing truck assignments, maintaining communication with drivers, freight brokers, and customers, and ensuring efficient load management. Daily tasks include searching for profitable loads using various freight marketplaces such as DAT, Amazon Relay, and TruckStop, as well as negotiating rates with brokers and customers. The dispatcher will also be responsible for booking loads in line with company standards and reviewing shipment requirements. Candidates should possess strong English communication and negotiation skills, along with excellent organizational and documentation abilities. Problem-solving and multitasking skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The position is full-time, and the ideal candidate will be reliable, responsible, and punctual.
