Senior lawyer

Վայզ ՍՊԸ is looking for a Senior Lawyer in Yerevan to handle complex legal work independently and support corporate clients with practical, business-focused advice. The role involves assessing legal risks, preparing and negotiating commercial contracts, and working on corporate, commercial, labour, tax, migration, intellectual property, civil, and administrative matters. It suits a lawyer with at least three years of relevant experience, a law degree, strong English, and solid skills in drafting, communication, organisation, and negotiation. Experience in a law firm, consulting company, or corporate legal department is preferred, and French would be an advantage.
