Implementation Manager- Government Solutions

Vector Solutions is looking for an Implementation Manager to join their remote team, focusing on government solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for launching and supporting customers, collaborating with various team members to enhance and automate processes. Daily tasks include guiding clients through technology implementation, leading meetings with project managers, and managing complex custom implementations. You will also leverage emerging AI capabilities to refine strategies and improve customer outcomes. The position requires at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on relationship management, as well as two years of experience in software implementation. The role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring 2-3 days in the office and occasional travel to customer sites for onboarding and key milestones.
