Billing Specialist

Viva Armenia is seeking a Billing Specialist for a temporary position based in Armenia. The role involves supporting billing activities and ensuring compliance with operational deadlines. Daily tasks include loading call, SMS, and data records into the billing system, executing provisioning commands, and ensuring the proper functioning of mediation applications. The specialist will also process dump files from various platforms and manage SIM card input file generation and modifications. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or information technology, or have comparable experience. A minimum of one year in telecom billing operations, particularly in billing mediation and provisioning, is required. Technical knowledge of networks, operating systems, and telecommunications models is essential, along with proficiency in PL/SQL. Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian is necessary. The position is suitable for individuals who are adaptable, possess strong technical problem-solving skills, and can maintain professionalism and confidentiality in their work.
