Description As a Logistics & Technical Testing Representative at Webbing, you will be responsible for overseeing various logistics activities, inventory management, order processing (including exports and shipments), and customer backend setup within a platform developed by Webbing. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the customer order process. Handling Webbing's inventory. Reviewing and approving invoices. Import/Export processes, and collaboration with local and global authorities. Managing customer setup and any related changes. Perform connectivity testing for new internal/ external SIM/eSIM orders. Conduct testing and validation of new IMSI sponsors and IMSI ranges. Perform testing and validation of new MSISDN ranges. Document test results, maintain testing records, and coordinate with relevant technical teams to resolve issues identified during testing. Requirements Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills - a must Basic telecom knowledge, connectivity testing, and troubleshooting skills - a must Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, match, pivot) - a must Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Organized and detail orientated with excellent prioritization skills.
