Director of People

Willow is hiring a remote Director of People to lead the people function and manage HR operations directly. The role covers employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR systems, performance processes, and compliance across multiple countries, with a strong focus on careful documentation and support for managers and leadership. You would report to the COO and work closely with finance and other leaders in a regulated healthcare setting. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can combine strategic people leadership with day-to-day HR execution.
