Senior Product Manager - Human AI Collaboration (all genders)

wingmaite GmbH is seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on Human AI Collaboration, a role that emphasizes defining how the company understands and collaborates with humans rather than traditional product management tasks. Daily responsibilities include developing methods for interviewing experts, modeling collaboration conditions, and establishing ethical guidelines for what the product can learn about individuals. The position requires a strong background in areas such as AI product development, human-computer interaction, cognitive science, or behavioral design, along with exceptional product judgment and experimental thinking. Candidates should be adept at thinking in terms of situations and decisions rather than fixed user traits, demonstrating ethical restraint in system inferences. This remote position is ideal for someone who can challenge senior leadership and engineers while transitioning from an individual contributor to a team leader. The role is not related to HR tech or traditional UX research, focusing instead on modeling conditions rather than characteristics.
