Senior Manager/Director, Finance

Worldly is hiring a Senior Manager or Director of Finance for a remote role in the United States. The position supports the company’s growth by shaping financial strategy, strengthening analysis and reporting, and helping guide planning, forecasting, and decision-making with the CFO and wider business. It also includes investor reporting, KPI tracking, and building financial insights that can inform pricing, operations, product choices, and acquisition work. This role is aimed at someone with 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, growth-company experience, and a strong understanding of US GAAP.
