Content Engineer

The Role Wpromote x Giant Spoon is looking for a Content Engineer to design, build, and continuously improve the AI-powered systems behind modern content production. This is an AI systems and workflow engineering role—not a traditional copywriting or content creation role. You’ll report to the Associate Director of Content Operations and help clients create better content faster by bringing together human judgment, brand intelligence, performance insights, and modern AI-powered workflows. You’ll own the systems that move content from initial insight through final delivery. You will design, build, test, document, and continuously improve AI-powered production workflows that enable our teams to create high-quality content at scale. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, quickly learning new audiences, business models, brand voices, and regulatory considerations.
