Werkstudent Activation Calls (m/w/d)
RemoteDeadline:
wyn GmbH is looking for a working student to make activation calls to merchants who have already received their wyn terminal but are not using it yet. The role involves phoning these merchants, finding out what is preventing them from getting started, helping them with the first steps, answering simple questions, and noticing when an issue needs support from the wider team. It also includes recording conversations and relevant feedback, then passing recurring problems on to the team. The advert mentions a workload of about 3 to 5 calls per working day, or 15 to 25 per week, for roughly 5 hours weekly. It asks for someone who is currently enrolled at a university or college. The person should be comfortable making phone calls, speak German fluently, and be able to communicate clearly and politely on the phone. They should also be open, friendly, reliable, independent, and careful, with a good sense of when to solve something themselves and when to involve others. Previous experience in customer service or phone work is welcome but not required. The role is remote and is suited to someone who likes speaking with people and helping them get started easily.
