Yazaryan Holding is seeking an architect-designer to join their team in Yerevan. The role involves developing architectural and design solutions that align with project concepts, creating floor plans, sketches, working drawings, and other necessary project materials. The candidate will also design interior and exterior solutions, considering both functionality and aesthetics, and produce 3D models and visualizations. Collaboration with engineers, constructors, and other professionals involved in projects is essential, along with making adjustments to design solutions as needed during construction. Applicants should have a higher education degree in architecture, design, or a related field, with a preference for candidates who possess 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max is required, while intermediate knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Lumion, and Twinmotion is desirable. Strong spatial thinking, composition skills, and the ability to propose creative and practical design solutions are important. The position is full-time, with a standard work schedule of five days a week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, making it suitable for individuals who thrive in a structured office environment.
