Senior Deal Analyst

Yerevan Urban Development PIU is hiring a Senior Deal Analyst in Yerevan to support investment and public-private partnership work linked to the city’s infrastructure and urban development projects. The role focuses on financial and structural analysis, feasibility and valuation work, building financial models such as DCF, IRR, and NPV, and helping assess funding options including private capital and land value capture.
