The specialist will handle incoming phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain communication with clients throughout the order process. Candidates should ideally have a technical education or relevant work experience, along with strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers. Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and email is also required. The position demands responsibility, organization, and the ability to quickly adapt to various situations.
