Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Description of the Service

Victra provides AI-assisted job search, automated job discovery across supported platforms, resume creation and tailoring tools, match analysis, and an optional HR marketplace that connects employers with candidates.

The Service relies on artificial intelligence and third-party job platforms. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, the accuracy of AI output, or the availability of any external platform.

3. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and use the Service lawfully.
• Do not misuse automation, scraping, or platform APIs beyond what the Service itself performs on your behalf.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading or discriminatory content.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination and data-protection laws.

4. HR users and vacancy posting

HR / employer access requires approval. Approved HR users must post accurate and lawful job listings and represent a genuine hiring need.

Fake vacancies, discriminatory requirements, and collecting or contacting candidates’ personal data outside the platform’s consent flow are prohibited. Candidate contact details are shared only when the candidate has consented through the Service.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, quotas and plan features are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law and our published refund practices.

6. AI-generated content

Resumes, cover letters, match scores and other AI output are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before you rely on or submit it. Victra is not responsible for decisions made based on AI output.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your own data), is owned by Victra or its licensors and is protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party job boards and services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or actions.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, profits or data arising from your use of the Service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
