Benefits Partner

6sense is hiring a remote Benefits Partner to support and improve employee benefits across the U.S., India, Canada, and the UK. The role handles daily benefits administration, leave processes, open enrollment, vendor coordination, employee questions, and close work with teams such as People, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external providers to keep programs accurate, compliant, and well run. It is suited to someone with experience managing multi-country benefits operations, handling detailed process work, and working across internal and external stakeholders in a shared-service HR environment.
