Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist

A recruitment specialist is needed for a growing HR team at A.A.B. Project LLC in Yerevan. The role involves daily communication with candidates, managing incoming calls, screening applicants, and conducting initial phone interviews. The specialist will also coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, maintain candidate records, and support the entire recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for applicants. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred, and proficiency in English is required. This full-time position is based in the office, located at Azatutyun 24/17, E Plaza, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
