Fraud Analyst

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Fraud Analyst to join their team in Rabat, Morocco. The role involves analyzing large volumes of voice and SMS data to identify unusual behaviors and potential fraud patterns. The analyst will study high-risk cases, utilizing business intelligence and big data tools to draw structured conclusions and document alerts related to identified risks. Collaboration with various departments is essential for managing and following up on cases, as well as communicating findings effectively during team transitions. Candidates should hold a Bac+3 degree in economics and management and possess at least one year of professional experience, preferably in fraud analysis or telecommunications. Experience with voice and SMS fraud, particularly in areas like Smishing and IRSF, is required. Familiarity with business intelligence tools and the ability to analyze complex information are also necessary. The position may involve varying hours, and the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, autonomous, and capable of managing their time efficiently.
