International Expert on Carbon Markets and Green Finance

The American University of Armenia Fund is hiring a remote international expert to advise on carbon markets and green finance for Armenia’s biogas sector. The role involves reviewing opportunities for biogas and biomethane projects to tap climate finance and other market-based funding, then making practical recommendations to support the wider technical assistance work. It is suited to an experienced specialist who can assess policy, investment, and sector readiness issues and help shape a framework that improves the appeal of biogas development. The assignment runs alongside, but does not repeat, other carbon market support in Armenia.
