Research Assistant

American University of Armenia Fund is seeking a Research Assistant in Yerevan to help coordinate an experimental career orientation project focused on women’s participation in STEM. The role involves supporting planning, communication, and field implementation, and acting as a point of contact between the research team, schools, trainers, and STEM professionals. Applicants should be comfortable working on research-related coordination tasks in an education setting and contributing to an intervention that will be carried out in selected Yerevan schools. It would suit someone organised, collaborative, and interested in applied research, education, and evidence-based policy work.
