We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Steward to join our team at Bourlon Barracks, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3AD . What's in it for you? £12.71 per hour 16 hours per week Saturday and Sunday working pattern Shift times between 9:00am and 7:00pm Free uniform provided Free on-site parking Access to our Employee Benefits app, including online GP access, Employee Assistance Programme, discounts, supermarket savings and more Life assurance and pension scheme Generous holiday entitlement with the option to buy additional leave Training and development opportunities Apprenticeship schemes available Excellent career progression opportunities within Aramark What you'll be doing Serving drinks and bar snacks in a friendly and professional manner Managing cash and operating tills accurately Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas Managing stock levels and carrying out stock rotation using FIFO procedures Reporting customer feedback, issues, maintenance concerns, or hazards to management Supporting the wider team with additional duties as required Following licensing regulations, food safety, and health & safety procedures at all times Helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers Must be aged 18 or over Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team Reliable and professional approach to work Good organisational skills and attention to detail Applicants must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK. Successful candidates will be required to pass security vetting and DBS checks prior to commencing employment.
