Project Manager - FIT OUT

ARKI Group, an established interior architecture firm in the UAE, is seeking a Project Manager specializing in fit-out works to join their Dubai team. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, particularly in the banking and governmental sectors, while also managing luxury villa projects as an added advantage. Daily responsibilities include client presentations and negotiations, monitoring project progress to meet deadlines, ensuring client satisfaction, and preparing progress reports on claim variations. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural, Interior Designing, or Civil Engineering, along with 8 to 10 years of experience in a fit-out company. Strong leadership and management skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Excel and cost control. Excellent communication skills are also required for effective collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers.
